This lightweight gray vest was purchased in Los Angeles and is most likely from the late ’80s or early ’90s. The vest features a mandarin collar and uniquely shaped roomy front pockets. The pockets have been hand painted with a dot motif to highlight their exceptional shape. The back of the vest features a large patch with a blue and white sunburst eye in the middle. The patch is made from exclusively recycled or dead stock fabric: the blue and white chain link is from 1960’s Japan, the eye patch is made up from vintage Japanese fabric and found shirting samples. This vest is cut slim and would best fit a XS-S. Dry clean.
