Painted Swirl Dress

This vintage blue and white stripe dress has been hand painted with dark blue swirls. It looks like it could have been a nurse’s dress or another kind of uniform from the 1970s-1980s. Try wearing it with the sleeves rolled up and some of the bottom buttons open! Size on label says 8, but it is closer to a modern 4-6. There are some mistakes and spots of paint on the dress (pictured) please review these before purchasing. Dress is unique and singular, made from recycled materials.
